With former insurance claims adjusters on our staff, we are uniquely qualified to guide you through this complex process with your best interest in mind.

We assist clients in repairing identified damages through working with insurance companies, obtaining replacement materials, sourcing subcontractors, and managing the project.
There are no obligations, however we ask that if you do explore roof replacement based on the information our free service provides, that you allow us to consult with your insurance company on your behalf to perform the roof replacement.
Remember, you don’t pay us, your insurance company does.
The Process
- A hail storm hits a home in a neighborhood. A nice man flies a drone over the house taking pictures of the hail damaged roof, then he uses A.I. to evaluate the images for damage.
- The nice man meets the homeowner and shows them the Free Inspection Report with images of the damaged roof, and asks their permission to contact their insurance company on their behalf to determine options.
- The nice man contacts the insurance company and gets information on the homeowners policy coverage, typically determining that the homeowner is eligible for full replacement of their roof. The nice man consults with and confirms the direction with the homeowner, and then opens an insurance claim with the insurance company on behalf of the homeowner. An insurance claims adjuster will verify the identified damage and approve the roof replacement.
- An Aerial AI Solutions certified expert roofing subcontractor crew replaces the roof of the house, installing a new high quality shingled roof.
- The roofing crew completes the work and the nice man and homeowner admire the completed project.
